את הדרך שלי לעולם ההפקות התחלתי דרך עולם ההגברה והתאורה. במשך השנים עבדתי בשטח, צברתי ניסיון והכרתי מקרוב את כל מה שקורה מאחורי הקלעים של אירוע מוצלח.I came to production through sound and lighting. Over the years I worked in the field, gained experience and came to know first-hand everything that happens behind the scenes of a successful event.
עם הזמן הבנתי שהחיבור שלי לעולם הזה הוא הרבה מעבר לצד הטכני. היזמות, יצירת הפתרונות, העבודה עם אנשים והיכולת לקחת רעיון ולהפוך אותו למציאות – הובילו אותי לעולם ההפקות ולהקמת M&M Productions.Over time I realized my connection to this world goes far beyond the technical side. Entrepreneurship, creating solutions, working with people and the ability to take an idea and make it real — these led me to production and to founding M&M Productions.

Out of that connection to the industry and a desire to grow into management, I bring this experience to M&M Productions.
כיום אני מוביל את ניהול החשבונות והתפעול בחברה, לצד ניהול צוותים ואירועים בפועל. השילוב בין ניסיון בשטח, יכולות ניהול והבנה פיננסית מאפשר לי לחבר בין תכנון מדויק, התנהלות עסקית נכונה וביצוע איכותי.Today I lead the company’s finance and operations, alongside managing crews and events on the ground.
